Contact Us First

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@forious.com. Do not return items directly to the shipping warehouse address, as our shipping and return warehouses are different locations. Returning items to the wrong address may result in additional costs for which you may be responsible.

Return Approval

After you contact us, we will discuss your return request and determine if a return is appropriate. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.

Shipping Your Return

We do not provide return labels. You will need to contact a carrier of your choice to arrange the return shipment.

Return Inspection:

Once we receive the returned item, our warehouse staff will inspect it.

If the return is due to a product defect, we will issue a full refund.

If the return is due to a change of preference, we will deduct 30% of the order amount as a restocking fee.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

The refund will typically take 5-7 business days to process.
